록키 마운틴 국립 공원

오늘 우리는 록키 마운틴 국립 공원에 있으며, 롱스 피크 (Longs Peak)는 4,346 미터 높이의 다른 모든 정상 회담보다 우뚝 솟아 있습니다. 일년 중 대부분 Longs Peak는 겨울과 같은 조건을 경험하므로이 도전적인 피크를 등반하려면 등산 경험과 올바른 장비가 필요하며 많은 용기가 필요합니다! 명백한 도전에도 불구하고, 매년 수천 명의 등반가가 정상 회담에 도달하려고 시도하며, 성공한 사람들은 록키 마운틴 국립 공원의 세계 최고 전망을 보상받습니다.

한때 우테와 아라파호 민족의 고향이었던 은광부와 산악인들의 고향이었던 록키 마운틴 국립공원은 오늘날 모든 줄무늬의 야외 애호가들로 가득합니다. 조류 관찰자, 자전거 타는 사람 및 등산객은 계절이 변함에 따라 스노우 쇼어, 스키어 및 스노우 보더에게 길을 제공합니다. 공원은 거의 70 종류의 포유류와 거의 300 종의 조류를 포함한 야생 동물로 가득합니다.

 

Rocky Mountain National Park

Today we’re in Rocky Mountain National Park, where Longs Peak towers above all other summits at 4,346 metres high. For most of the year, Longs Peak experiences winter-like conditions, so climbing this challenging peak requires mountaineering experience and the correct equipment – and a good amount of bravery, too! Despite the obvious challenge, every year thousands of climbers attempt to reach the summit, and those that succeed are rewarded with top-of-the-world views of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Once the home of the Ute and Arapaho peoples, then silver miners and mountain men, today Rocky Mountain National Park teems with outdoor enthusiasts of every stripe. Birdwatchers, bikers and hikers give way to snowshoers, skiers and snowboarders as the seasons change. The park is full of wildlife, including nearly 70 kinds of mammals and almost 300 bird species.
